BugScribe

Project Goal

BugScribe was designed to solve a major bottleneck for security researchers: report writing. Instead of spending hours formatting markdown, aligning proof-of-concepts, and calculating CVSS scores, BugScribe automates the entire workflow using pre-formatted vulnerability templates.

Engineering Challenges

Integrating dynamic CVSS v3.1 calculators required strict client-side validation. We modeled complex rating parameters (Access Vector, Attack Complexity, Privileges Required) to render raw threat scores instantly.

Key Technical Achievements

• Built standard vulnerability report templates matching OWASP Top 10 classifications.
• Formatted instant markdown copy drawers with absolute layout compatibility.
• Designed automated proof-of-concept payload sanitizers to strip tracking tokens securely before submission.
